We take delivery as seriously as you take your home. That’s why all of our furniture is delivered by a specialist 2-man team, directly to the room of your choice.

 

White Glove, Room-of-Choice Delivery

• Delivered by a two-person team to any room in your home — including ground floor flats, apartments, or houses
• We’ll handle the heavy lifting, so you don’t have to
• All deliveries are made with care, and our team will navigate stairs or tight spaces where possible

 

Order & Delivery Timelines

• UK only — we currently deliver within mainland UK
• Order before 2 PM for your dispatch to begin processing the same day
• Delivery timeframe: 2–7 working days, depending on item availability and your location
• You'll receive a delivery date and time slot confirmation once your order is ready to ship

 

What to Expect

• Our delivery partners will contact you in advance with your delivery window
• On the day, they’ll bring your furniture into any room or ground floor flat.
• Setup and removal of rubbish is an optional extra - let us know if you would like this.
