1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors or stock issues).

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute a binding contract until your item has been dispatched.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, and other options shown at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Delivery

  • Standard delivery is free on most items unless stated otherwise.

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but may vary based on location or order volume.

  • For large or fragile items, a 2-person delivery service may be used. You’ll be contacted to arrange a delivery time.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure access for delivery (e.g., stairways, doors, hallways).

4. Returns

  • We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

  • A photo of the item is required prior to approval of the return.

  • Once approved and received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Please inspect your item on arrival. If it arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours.

  • Provide supporting photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Claims made after this period may be rejected.

6. Warranties

  • Most furniture comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against structural defects.

  • This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

7. Use of Website

  • All content on our website (including images, text, and product designs) is the property of Serenity Furniture and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • We strive to keep all information accurate but cannot guarantee the site will be error-free at all times.

8. Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the item in question.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products.
